Edith C. Frank

(Mar 30, 1923 to Apr 27, 2009)

rnrnEdith had a nurturing spirit: when there was a need she was there to fill it. An unkind word never passed her lips: she lived her Christian Faith. “I’ll say a prayer for you.“ was her mantra. Hallmark will see a downturn in earnings: Edith remembered every birthday and holiday and made get well cards a top priority. Butterflies and plants were her constant reminders that life springs eternal: this week she filled pots outside her home with spring flowers. Volunteering was a lifelong commitment: during WWII she was a hostess at USO dances, as a young mother she volunteered with both the Girl and Boy Scouts and she was always active in her church.rnrnShe celebrated a 60 year anniversary with husband, Jim and was mother of : James, Fredric, Charles, Susan Forsythe and Jeremy; sister of Emily Bunten; grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 2.rnrnCome celebrate 86 prayerful years Friday 6 to 8 p.m. at Daley Life Celebration Studio, 1518 Kings Hwy., Swedesboro and from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at The Church of the Nazarene, 184 Elm St., Woodstown where there will be a service at 10 a.m. Leave a memory of Edith @ lifecelebrationstudio.com.rnrn
